Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Digital Experience Product Manager to drive API integrations and AI-enabled self-service across portals and platforms. You will partner with tech, security, and business teams to translate business needs into scalable digital capabilities that enhance customer journeys.

You will lead the roadmap for API integrations and AI-driven experiences, ensuring reliable, scalable, and measurable improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing, Product Management, Product/Systems Development, Business Analysis, or Program Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision from requirements through delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret customer behavior and AI-driven insights.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in API design and developer experience (DX).
• Understanding of customer portals, digital self-service, live chat, AI bots, and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and delivery of digital experience capabilities across portals, API integrations, and AI-enabled services.
• Shift customer interactions to AI-supported digital technologies.
• Define priorities, plans, governance, and lifecycle best practices for APIs and integrations.
• Ensure APIs support scalable integration with AI bots, search, personalization, and analytics.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and opportunities to improve automation and digital intelligence.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, marketing, data, and development teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Use journey insights and predictive analytics to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Validate delivered capabilities and monitor adoption and reliability.
