Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Deep understanding of product management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record and prior experience working in platform PM roles, delivering enterprise platform capabilities.
• Experience defining visions and driving innovation to automate complex processes.
• Technical depth in SaaS software development, build/release pipelines, and testing automation. Strong collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
• Data-driven approach to success metrics and baselines for process improvements.
• AI competency and experience applying AI in workflows or automations.
• Experience working closely with customers and end-users to understand pain points.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to lead execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Craft a platform product strategy in collaboration with PD and architecture teams.
• Develop a short and long-term platform vision and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Manage the product management process from backlog grooming to MVP and scale.
• Handle upstream and downstream dependency requests and timelines.
• Create PRDs based on strategy, dependencies and customer needs.
• Advance reusable platform components toward maturity.
• Coordinate with program management for plan and progress.
• Design secure, scalable solutions with architects and engineers.
• Use data to define success metrics and prioritize requirements.
• Engage with end-users to uncover pain points and opportunities for delightful solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to drive delivery and execution across services.
