Job summary

Uniti in New York is seeking a Digital Experience Product Manager, API Integrations & AI Enablement to shape Uniti’s digital strategy and deliver customer‑facing experiences that connect portals, platforms, products and support journeys across the enterprise.

You will turn business needs into scalable digital capabilities, partner across technical and business teams, and improve how customers engage with Uniti through intelligent self‑service, AI‑driven insights, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with API design and developer experience (DX) including RESTful APIs and developer portals.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their business impact.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap and delivery of digital experience capabilities across portals, API integrations, and AI-enabled services.
• Drive adoption of AI-supported self-service and digital channels.
• Define API integration strategies to support digital platforms and enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, UX, data, and product teams to set priorities and governance.
