Uniti in New York is seeking a Digital Experience Product Manager, API Integrations & AI Enablement to shape Uniti’s digital strategy and deliver customer‑facing experiences that connect portals, platforms, products and support journeys across the enterprise.

You will turn business needs into scalable digital capabilities, partner across technical and business teams, and improve how customers engage with Uniti through intelligent self‑service, AI‑driven insights, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with API design and developer experience (DX) including RESTful APIs and developer portals.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their business impact.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and technology.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Digital Experience Product Manager, API Integrations & AI Enablement, you will help shape Uniti’s digital strategy and deliver customer-facing experiences that connect portals, platforms, products, and support journeys across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning business needs into scalable digital capabilities, partnering across technical and business teams, and improving how customers engage with Uniti through intelligent self-service.

What You'll Do

• Lead the roadmap and delivery of digital experience capabilities across customer portals, API integrations, AI-enabled services, and self-service journeys.
• Help shift customer interactions from traditional channels to AI-supported digital technologies
• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for API integrations that support digital experience platforms, AI-enabled services, and enterprise priorities.
• Ensure APIs support scalable integration with AI bots, intelligent search, personalization engines, predictive analytics tools, and automated customer engagement platforms.
• Partner with technology, architecture, security, engineering, AI, and vendor teams to define priorities, delivery plans, governance, and lifecycle best practices.
• Use journey insights, performance data, and predictive analytics to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, marketing, data, and development teams to deliver high-impact digital capabilities.
• Monitor integration performance, reliability, and adoption while identifying opportunities to improve automation and digital intelligence across platforms.
• Validate delivered capabilities, monitor adoption and performance, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, reuse, and business outcomes.

Do You Have?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Product/Systems Development, Business Analysis, or Program Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision from requirements through development delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behavior, digital performance metrics, and AI-driven insights.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in API design and developer experience (DX) — including RESTful API product management, developer portals, and API-first product strategy.
• Understanding of customer portals, digital self-service, live chat, AI bots, intelligent search, notifications, integrations, and online product management tools.
• Experience working with technical teams on APIs, system integrations, automation, or digital platform connectivity.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with conversational AI, digital assistants, personalization, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Experience conceptualizing and managing online portals and digital self-service experiences.
• Telecommunications, mobile B2B, service delivery, eCommerce, or order management experience.
