Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities, public APIs, and MCP experiences.

You will own API externalization, developer experience, and agentic access, treating APIs, the developer portal, and MCP as a single product system to grow high-quality third-party apps. You will partner with Partnerships and GTM teams to ship third-party integrations, map key data objects, and drive leads, conversions, and nurture through

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience building platforms and APIs at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and API/developer-platform architectures (REST/OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, scopes, rate limiting).
• Hands-on experience shipping MCP servers or equivalent agent-callable interfaces.
• Strong track record delivering platform capabilities for external developers or partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year vision for public API platform, developer portal, and MCP server as primary surfaces for developers and AI agents.
• Own four pillars of developer-ecosystem strategy: API platform, portal, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Identify partner data objects and events to map into Mailchimp audience, events, and activation surfaces.
• Translate vision into a measurable execution roadmap aligned to FY27 priorities.
• Lead developer-portal modernization with interactive docs, SDKs, CLI, and versioned docs.
