Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, seeks a Senior Manager of Product Usage & Insights to own data-driven product analytics across the Vivint ecosystem. You will translate post-launch telemetry and operational data into actionable insights for core PMs, bridging product performance with future design while leading internal AI tooling.

With 4–6+ years in product analytics, you’ll analyze device usage, diagnose issues, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Marketing, Research and Operations to

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in product analytics, BI, operations framework management, or data-focused PM.
• Direct experience in consumer electronics, IoT, telecom, or subscription software preferred.
• Ability to aggregate data from multiple teams to drive product changes.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-volume device telemetry and support data to uncover usage patterns.
• Audit troubleshooting calls and hardware failure rates with cross-functional teams.
• Translate issues into defined product gaps and roadmap opportunities.
• Provide data-backed inputs for 1–2 year roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Develop internal AI tools and dashboards for scalable insights.
