Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management AI Experiences to lead the transformation of our smart home hardware into a proactive, ambient intelligence platform. You will own the multi-year AI roadmap, collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers and hardware teams, and translate complex ML concepts into consumer-facing experiences that save time and enhance safety.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define long-term product frameworks amid ambiguity.
• Deep literacy in applying ML to consumer ecosystems (computer vision, edge-AI, NLP, predictive modelling).
• Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction in ambient/IoT contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to secure cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI experience roadmap across Vivint and NRG smart home portfolios.
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers and hardware teams to translate ML concepts into consumer features.
• Lead and coach Technical Product Managers and ensure PRDs drive ethical, scalable deployments.
