Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management principles to keep efforts aligned with strategy, on schedule and within budget.

The role oversees multiple projects, mentors teams, and partners with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. A PMP or project management certification is preferred; strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once, ensuring timely deliverables within budget.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities.
• Drives project outcomes through planning, scope management, and risk mitigation.
• Assembles project teams and provides guidance to team members.
