Job summary

Cambia is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead the delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management methodologies to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements.

This role oversees multiple concurrent projects, directs resources, manages risks, and mentors other PMs, while partnering with sponsors, clients, and stakeholders to create a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once within budgetary constraints.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities.
• Drives project outcomes through planning, scoping, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Assembles project teams and provides guidance to team members.
• Defines and analyzes metrics to keep projects on target and resolve problems.
