Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Product Go-To-Market Manager to drive the market success of new capabilities. You will connect Product and Commercial teams, building scalable GTM processes and playbooks that accelerate growth and adoption.

You will partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Enablement to ensure successful launches, strong messaging, and effective training. AI-enabled products will be central to the strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, strategy, or marketing with GTM accountability.
• Strong GTM, enablement, and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch planning across orgs using a defined framework.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and enablement for product launches.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt GTM strategies accordingly.
• Create scalable playbooks and commercial motions to drive growth.
• Lead strategic planning for launch lifecycle and new capabilities.
• Provide training and tools to accelerate adoption.
