Job summary
3E is seeking a Senior Product Go-To-Market Manager in Charlottesville, VA to lead end-to-end go-to-market efforts across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will define positioning, messaging, and enablement to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt GTM strategies based on market feedback, and help scale processes, playbooks, and commercial motions to drive lasting customer value and business impact.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration.
- Broad GTM expertise focused on sales enablement and driving growth; proven track record of successful GTM initiatives.
- AI and Commercial Tech acumen: familiarity with tools such as Jira, SFDC, Pendo, Gong.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launches and cross-functional go-to-market efforts.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for key buyer personas.
- Enable commercial teams with training, pricing guidance, and sales plays.
- Monitor performance metrics and iteratively improve GTM strategies.
