3E is seeking a Senior Product GTM Manager to bridge Product and Commercial teams and drive market success for AI-enabled solutions. You will build scalable GTM processes, develop sales plays, and guide launches across the portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Commercial Enablement to accelerate growth, improve adoption, and maximize long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, strategy, or marketing with GTM accountability.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech.
• Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption.
• Strong working knowledge of GTM processes and sales enablement.
• Ability to translate GTM strategy into actions for commercial teams.
• AI/Commercial tech familiarity with modern tools is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launch planning with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution plans.
• Mine win/loss data and market trends to refine positioning.
• Develop differentiated product messaging for key buyers.
• Equip Sales and Customer teams with training and playbooks.
• Monitor campaign performance and pipeline growth using key tools.
• Develop scalable GTM strategies and continuous process improvements.
• Adapt GTM approaches based on customer insights and data.
