Job summary

3E, a mission-driven company delivering AI-enabled regulatory solutions, seeks a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager in the United States. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to orchestrate end-to-end launches and craft market strategies with a focus on growth and adoption.

You’ll build scalable GTM playbooks and enable commercial teams across a dynamic, AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with GTM accountability.
• Broad GTM expertise focused on sales enablement and driving growth: strong product launch knowledge and B2B software sales experience.
• AI and Commercial Tech acumen: familiarity with tools like Claude, Jira, SFDC, Pendo, Gong.
• Project & stakeholder management: ability to drive execution across multiple teams.
• Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills: strong market sensing and data-driven decision making.
• Leadership/influence: ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth mid-sized software or data company is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launch planning in Jira with cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate go-to-market efforts with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Mine win/loss data, Gong conversations, customer feedback, and market trends to refine positioning.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for key buyer personas.
• Equip Sales and Customer teams with training, pricing guidance, and enablement materials.
• Track KPIs through SFDC, Gong, Pendo, and other tools to measure impact.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth and scalable processes.
• Evolve GTM strategies based on feedback and product evolution.
