CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of individual products within the portfolio and expand new sales across regional teams.

The role bridges product strategy and field execution to ensure offerings are effectively positioned, understood, and adopted across markets, segments, and channels. The ideal candidate blends commercial acumen, product expertise, and field engagement to accelerate revenue growth, improve market penetration, and enhance customer value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning and sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of payor-focused products and healthcare solutions.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and product leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and broker discussions.
• Ability to translate product direction into commercial messaging and sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop growth plans.
• Deliver sales training, product education sessions, and market-facing presentations.
• Translate complex product features into clear, client-relevant benefits.
• Provide insights to product management for positioning, pricing, and packaging.
