CVS Health Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of our product portfolio across regions, partnering with sales and account teams to win new logos and expand within existing clients.

This role bridges product strategy and field execution, translating complex features into client-relevant value, and shaping messaging, training and market-ready materials to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning, sales strategy, market execution, or expansion within existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of payor-focused products, healthcare solutions, or related commercial market segments.
• Experience working in close partnership with sales teams and product leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence supporting external client and broker discussions.
• Ability to translate product direction into commercially relevant messaging and practical sales execution.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization, and follow-through in high-visibility, market-facing work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Growth (New + Buy-Up Sales): Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and segments and develop growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including client and broker discussions.
