Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to serve as the financial backbone of its product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to shape investments and growth, translating data into strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Strong command of subscription metrics: revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with enterprise planning tools (Anaplan/Adaptive); SQL/BI tools like Tableau or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting and investment trade-offs for each product in the portfolio.
• Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products, maintaining accuracy across planning cycles.
• Influence portfolio investment decisions by identifying highest-ROI areas and recommending reallocations.
• Partner with General Managers on monthly reviews, delivering precise analysis of changes and actions.
• Analyze growth drivers (churn, pricing, product mix) and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions through rigorous modeling and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate product investments spanning headcount, R&D, and go-to-market spend.
• Prepare materials for executive staff, board and investor discussions with clear financial narratives.
• Drive the planning calendar across budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles.
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs, models, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coach and develop analysts supporting your work.
