Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to act as the financial backbone of the product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to shape investment and growth strategies, translating complex data into clear direction across finance, product, and go-to-market teams in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance and support scalable, sustainable growth.

Qualifications

8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance in SaaS or subscription models.
Strong command of SaaS metrics: revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, revenue recognition.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with enterprise planning tools and SQL/BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting and investment trade-offs.
Own revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products.
Analyze growth drivers and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Support pricing/packaging decisions with robust modeling and scenario analysis.
Prepare materials for executives, board, and investors with clear narratives.
Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
Coach and develop analysts supporting the function.
