Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to serve as the financial backbone for the product portfolio. You will translate complex data into strategic direction, partner with GTM and Product leaders, and drive revenue performance in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing and Customer Success to optimize revenue, forecast, and long-range planning, while coaching analysts and shaping executive implications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses; influence senior leaders on investments
• Strong command of subscription metrics: revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition fundamentals
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with experience in Anaplan, Adaptive, or comparable tools; proficient in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Salesforce)
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance audiences
• Experience supporting a product-led or sales-driven organization with complex sales motions
• Direct, collaborative communication style; confident in challenging assumptions with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CPA a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product FP&A planning, including target-setting, assumptions, and investment trade-offs
• Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products
• Influence portfolio investment decisions by identifying where returns are strongest
• Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews with clear actionable insights
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, product mix; translate findings into recommendations
• Support pricing and packaging decisions with rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Evaluate product investment cases spanning headcount, R&D, and go-to-market spend
• Prepare materials for executive staff, board, and investor discussions with compelling financial narratives
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs and cross-functional handoffs
• Coach and develop analysts supporting the work
