Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to act as the financial backbone of Zoom’s product portfolio. You will translate complex data into strategic direction, partnering with Product GMs and senior leaders to optimize investment and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A within SaaS or subscription businesses
• Strong command of subscription metrics including revenue, NRR, churn, bookings, revenue recognition
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with Anaplan/Adaptive, SQL and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting and investment trade-offs for each product
• Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products
• Influence portfolio investments by identifying where returns are strongest and advising on reallocations
• Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews with precise analysis of changes and actions
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix to drive recommendations
• Support pricing and packaging through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Evaluate product investment cases covering headcount, R&D, and GTM spend
• Prepare materials for executive staff, board, and investor discussions with clear narratives
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs and cross-functional handoffs
• Coach and develop analysts supporting the work
