Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Analyst Product Experience Designer (PXD) to transform product strategy into compelling interactive experiences. You will create high-fidelity prototypes, narrative demonstrations, and future-state concepts that illustrate EAB's technology in higher education contexts.

The role collaborates across Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering, leveraging Figma and AI-assisted tools to accelerate storytelling and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant UX/product design experience.
• Experience building interactive prototypes using Figma or comparable prototyping platforms.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑fidelity interactive prototypes that communicate current product capabilities, future concepts, and strategic product vision.
• Create narrative‑driven product demonstrations that illustrate how EAB technology solves real‑world challenges for higher education institutions.
• Participate in product planning sessions, roadmap reviews, design critiques, sprint reviews, and other product ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure prototypes accurately represent functionality and direction.
• Translate product requirements into compelling visual experiences that support discovery, planning, validation, and commercialization.
• Build and maintain reusable prototype assets using the design system and modern prototyping platforms.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partner Success, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to support launches and customer conversations.
• Develop future‑state concepts to visualize long‑term strategy before engineering begins.
• continually improve EAB's library of product experiences to stay aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Participate in stretch projects to advance Product and Go‑to‑Market collaboration.
