Job summary

EAB is seeking a Product Experience Designer (PXD) at Analyst/Senior Analyst level to transform product strategy into high‑fidelity prototypes and demonstrations. You’ll work across Product Management, UX, and Go‑to‑Market teams to bring EAB’s technology vision to life in interactive experiences.

Based in Washington, DC or remote within the continental United States, you’ll rapidly prototype ideas, design narrative demonstrations, and build reusable assets while collaborating with Product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, information architecture, graphic design, marketing, CS, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of professional UX design, prototyping, product marketing, or demonstration design experience.
• Experience building interactive prototypes using Figma or comparable platforms.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and AI-assisted design tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current capabilities and future concepts.
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations to illustrate how EAB technology solves higher education challenges.
• Participate in product planning, roadmap reviews, and design critiques within the Product organization.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX designers, and engineers to ensure prototype accuracy and design direction.
• Translate requirements into compelling visual experiences to support discovery and commercialization.
• Build reusable prototype assets using the design system and modern prototyping platforms.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to speed up visualization and storytelling.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Implementation, and Customer Success teams for launches and events.
• Develop future-state concepts to visualize long-term strategy before engineering begins.
• Improve the library of commercial product experiences in line with roadmap priorities.
• Engage in stretch projects advancing Product and Go-to-Market collaboration.
