Job summary

EAB is seeking a Product Experience Designer (PXD), Analyst, to transform product strategy into engaging interactive experiences. You’ll prototype, demonstrate and narrate product stories across Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

You will work with Figma and AI-assisted tools to accelerate storytelling, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure accurate, compelling representations of current capabilities and future directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, Information Architecture, Graphic Design, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in UX/product design, prototyping, or related disciplines.
• Experience building interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Strong visual design with attention to detail; polished user experiences.
• Ability to learn new technologies and AI-assisted design tools quickly.
• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current product capabilities and future concepts.
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations showing how EAB technology solves higher education challenges.
• Participate in product planning, roadmap reviews, design critiques, sprint reviews, and ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering to ensure prototypes reflect functionality and direction.
• Translate requirements into compelling visual experiences for discovery, validation, and commercialization.
• Build reusable prototype assets using EAB's design system and prototyping platforms.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to speed up prototyping workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Implementation, and Customer Success for launches and demos.
• Develop future-state concepts to visualize long-term product strategy before engineering.
• Maintain and improve EAB's library of commercial product experiences.
• Engage in stretch projects advancing Product and Go-to-Market collaboration.
