Job summary

EAB is seeking a Product Experience Designer (PXD), Analyst to transform product strategy into compelling interactive experiences. The role blends Product Management, UX, and Go-to-Market work, delivering high-fidelity prototypes and narrative demonstrations that illuminate our technology for higher education customers.

Based in Richmond, VA or Washington, DC with remote options across the continental United States, you will prototype, iterate, and showcase product concepts using modern design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3+ years of professional UX/product design and prototyping experience.
• Experience building interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current capabilities and future concepts.
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations showing how EAB technology solves higher education challenges.
• Attend product planning sessions, design critiques, sprint reviews, and other ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering to ensure prototype fidelity.
• Translate requirements into compelling visual experiences for discovery, validation, and go-to-market.
• Build and maintain reusable prototype assets using design system components.
• Explore AI-powered design and prototyping tools to speed visualization.
• Work with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partner Success, Implementation, and Customer Success on launches and conferences.
• Develop future-state concepts to illustrate long-term product strategy before engineering.
• Keep the library of commercial product experiences aligned with capabilities and roadmap.
• Participate in stretch projects advancing Product and Go-to-Market collaboration.
