Job summary

EAB is seeking a Product Experience Designer to transform product strategy into compelling interactive prototypes and demonstrations. You will work at the intersection of Product, UX, and Go-to-Market teams, creating high-fidelity prototypes and narrative-driven demos that illustrate the value of EAB’s technology.

This role emphasizes rapid prototyping, collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years of professional UX/product design experience.
• Experience building interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current product capabilities and future concepts.
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations showing how EAB technology solves real-world challenges for higher education institutions.
• Attend product planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and design critiques within the Product organization.
