Job summary

EAB seeks a Product Experience Designer (PXD), Senior Analyst, to translate product strategy into interactive prototypes and compelling demonstrations that showcase current capabilities and future directions.

You will collaborate across Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, using Figma and AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype ideas and build reusable experiences for higher education institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Product Design, UX, HCI, IA, Graphic Design, Marketing, CS, or similar).
• 3+ years of professional UX/product design and prototyping experience.
• Experience building interactive prototypes with Figma or similar tools.
• Strong visual design with attention to detail for polished experiences.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• A portfolio showing interactive prototypes and product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current capabilities and future concepts.
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations for higher education technology.
• Attend product planning sessions and design critiques as a Product org member.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to ensure accurate representations of product functionality.
• Translate requirements into engaging visual experiences supporting discovery, planning, and commercialization.
• Build reusable prototype assets using design systems and modern prototyping platforms.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to speed up design and prototyping workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Implementation, and Customer Success teams on launches and events.
• Develop future-state concepts to visualize long-term product strategy before engineering.
• Continuously improve the library of commercial product experiences to stay aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Participate in stretch projects advancing Product and Go-to-Market collaboration.
