Job summary

Qualifications

• BSEE or relevant Engineering Degree; MS preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing/product engineering.
• Experience with AC/DC testing of diodes, transistors and MOSFETs; hands-on characterization.
• Experience with radiation effects testing (TID, SEE, ELDRS).
• Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting expertise.
• Familiarity with MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-STD-750 and MIL-STD-883 standards.
• Six Sigma knowledge; FMEA/DMEA and 5-Whys techniques.
• Spice modeling and parameter extraction.
• LabVIEW and Silvaco TCAD experience beneficial.
• SolidWorks & ANSYS; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Discrete Product Design and Qualification activities.
• Characterization and Qualification of discrete devices.
• Provide customer-facing engineering support for ongoing efforts.
• Lead new product qualification initiatives.
• Provide custom product engineering support.
• Create/review documentation: Assembly/Post Assembly Travelers, Data Sheets.
• Collaborate with Document Control.
• Identify new BOMs as products are developed or changed.
• Support Marketing and Planning with Product Engineering insights.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers.
