Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in engineering, supplier quality and manufacturing.
• Strong background in materials science and process–material interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and capability assessments for new and existing vendors.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and material/process requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations related to supplier quality issues.
• Develop and maintain specifications, qualification reports, and supplier documentation.
• Ensure compliance with MIL and IPC standards.
