Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design.
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductors, especially SiC and GaN.
• Understanding of heat dissipation and cooling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact for tier-1 customers.
• Create reference designs to accelerate customer adoption.
• Lead root-cause analysis for failures using laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with Product Management to inform product roadmap.
• Conduct electrical and thermal characterization of power modules.
