Job summary
RTX in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Hardware Electrical Engineer to design, analyze, simulate, and test advanced analog electronics and power systems for high-reliability military hardware. You will work with cross‑functional teams to advance concepts from design through lab integration and production support.
The role requires a Masters in Electrical Engineering and experience with circuit simulations and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
- Experience or coursework in analog/power electronics, power systems, or control systems.
- Experience with circuit simulations and engineering documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and document analog circuitry, power conversion modules and sub-systems.
- Develop precision control systems, including servo/motor drives and digital feedback.
- Architect flight termination/telemetry systems and data acquisition modules.
- Model power system dynamics and EMI using PSPICE, LTspice, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Support hardware integration, testing, and production activities.
