Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Product Operations Partner, Global for Systems & Enablement in Denver. This hands-on, autonomous role improves enablement mechanisms, runs product leadership forums, and advances AI-enabled workflows to scale the Product organization.

You will own publishing, onboarding resources, and continuous improvement of operating practices, while partnering with engineering, delivery, and sustainability teams. This is a hybrid Denver-based position with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Technical Program Management, or related operating roles.
• Experience turning direction into actionable operations, adopting AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or productivity tools to real business processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational setup for Product leadership forums, governance routines, and reviews.
• Operate document publishing, library administration, onboarding resources, and technology enablement.
• Identify recurring coordination work to standardize, automate, or delegate.
