Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or related transformation role.
• Lead product strategy, align stakeholders, influence senior leaders.
• Experience designing or optimizing product management tools and workflows.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled tools, agents, prompts, testing rubrics, and quality reviews.
• Strong knowledge of roadmaps, prioritization, PRD quality, and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and design PIE tooling automations, integrations, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead rollout, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of product management processes.
