Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Product Insights + Enablement leader to optimize product delivery through tooling, AI agent governance, and PM upskilling. You will design actionable workflows and metrics, enabling product managers to move faster and deliver higher-quality outcomes.

In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams, shape the Product Management Operating Model, and drive adoption of new tools and processes at scale. Austin-based, fully on-site with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management, Operations, Enablement, or related role.
Ability to define strategy, align stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing product management tools and workflows.
Hands-on with AI-enabled tools, agents, prompts, testing rubrics and evaluation.
Strong knowledge of roadmaps, prioritization, PRD quality and systems thinking.
Proven ability to develop upskilling plans and enablement materials.

Responsibilities

Define and design PIE tooling automations, integrations, workflows and reporting.
Lead rollout, optimization and continuous improvement of product management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure platforms and access controls.
Build standardized PM workflows for roadmaps, prioritization and portfolio visibility.
Establish metrics to measure tool adoption, usability and impact.
