Job summary

Lumen is a leading provider of AI-enabled connectivity and enterprise solutions in the United States. This role sits within the Product Insights + Enablement (PIE) team, focused on building the operating backbone to help Product Managers work smarter, faster, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will design and govern AI agent orchestration, tooling, and enablement programs to optimize Product Management processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Enablement, or related enterprise transformation role.
• Ability to lead strategy, align stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience designing/optimizing product management tools, workflows, automations, integrations, reporting, or portfolio management processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, agents, prompt frameworks, testing rubrics, and responsible use of AI in enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of roadmaps, prioritization, PRD quality, API-first thinking, and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and design PIE tooling automations, integrations, templates, workflows and reporting capabilities.
• Lead rollout, optimization and continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to configure platforms, manage integrations and access controls.
• Build standardised Product Management workflows for roadmaps, prioritization and portfolio visibility.
• Define metrics to measure tool adoption, usability, and business impact.
