Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Product Insights Enablement professional to optimize product processes, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows. You will design PIE tooling, govern AI agents, and drive PM capability development across the organization.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Operations, and Enablement teams to deliver standardized, scalable PM practices, while leading change management and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or related enterprise transformation roles.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at Lead Product Manager level: strategy, stakeholder alignment, senior leadership influence.
• Experience designing or optimizing product management tools, workflows, automations, integrations, reporting, or portfolio management processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, agents, prompts, testing rubrics, and responsible AI use in enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of roadmaps, prioritization, PRD quality, API-first thinking, and systems thinking.
• Proven ability to identify capability gaps, build upskilling plans, and create enablement materials.
• Strong change management and executive communication skills for complex transformations.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed environment and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define PIE tooling automations, integrations, templates, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead rollout, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure platforms, manage integrations, and ensure access controls.
• Build tooling to standardize PM workflows across roadmaps creation, prioritization, and portfolio visibility.
• Define metrics to measure tool adoption, usability, and business impact.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents supporting PRD drafting, roadmap synthesis, and meeting summaries.
• Evaluate AI solutions and adapt them for PM use cases.
• Establish agent personas, prompts, guardrails, and quality standards for PM workflows.
• Create an orchestration model connecting AI tools into a trusted PM experience.
• Set up feedback loops for agent quality and adoption improvements.
• Develop upskilling content and enablement for PMs and cross-functional partners.
• Lead change management efforts with clear comms and training materials.
