Job summary

Lumen is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join the PIE team, shaping the operating backbone for Product Managers with AI-enabled tools, workflows, and governance. You will partner with Product, IT, Security, and STEPN teams to design scalable tooling, drive adoption, and improve delivery predictability across AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related enterprise transformation role.
• Ability to operate at a lead Product Manager level by aligning stakeholders and driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing product management tools, workflows, automations, integrations, reporting, or portfolio management processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, agents, prompt frameworks, testing rubrics, and governance of AI in enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of Product Management practices, including roadmaps, prioritization, idea intake, requirements development, PRD quality, API-first thinking, and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and design PIE tooling automations and reporting capabilities.
• Lead implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to configure platforms, workflows, and access controls.
• Build tooling to standardize Product Management workflows for roadmaps, prioritization, and portfolio visibility.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure tool adoption, usability, and business impact.
