Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product design experience for software, including tools, ops, or B2B apps.
• Deep UX and IA chops to untangle workflows and scalable design systems.
• Strong product thinking with strategy and prioritization expertise.
• Experience shipping with AI tools as a creative-technical accelerator.
• Experience contributing to a design system used across surfaces.
• A portfolio showing systems thinking and end-to-end ownership.
• High proficiency in Figma and willingness to adopt new tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design direction for internal and B2B backend tools from IA to polished interfaces.
• Audit and organize backend toolset and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Leverage AI and prototyping to validate ideas and contribute to production.
• Lead features end-to-end with product managers and engineers; gather requirements and iterate.
• Maintain a high UX bar for all tools, ensuring purposeful design beyond functionality.
• Own strategy-to-pixels arc, moving concepts into implementation.
• Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders with user and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to make high-density info legible.
• Mentor designers and foster honest, empathetic communication and craft.
