Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is sourcing a Senior Product Designer for a leading global financial services firm. You will own the design process from discovery to implementation, mentor a small UX team, and lead design for mission-critical internal products and a high-priority CRM platform.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product/UX design, a strong portfolio in enterprise contexts, and deep experience with UX research, data visualization, and design systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product or UX design experience.
• Portfolio showing enterprise-grade products and data-heavy environments.
• Financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep UX research experience and data-driven design practices.
• Proficiency with Figma and Miro for collaboration.
• Strong user-centered design, journey mapping, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience owning end-to-end design from discovery to handoff.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to defend design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for internal Investment Banking technology and critical systems.
• Own end-to-end design from discovery through journey mapping and handoff.
• Design intuitive, data-heavy experiences used by financial professionals.
• Serve as design lead for a high-priority CRM platform and related initiatives.
• Mentor a small team of researchers and designers and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Change Management to align needs.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Establish UX standards, documentation, and scalable processes.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop data-driven measurements to track feature adoption and roadmaps.
• Present concepts to senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform adoption and user experience.
