Job summary

Quince is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own end-to-end design for key Platform Tool product areas such as the Warehouse Management Portal. This senior IC role involves problem definition, strategy, detailed design, implementation, and iteration.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to shape solutions, with a focus on data-heavy dashboards, information architecture, and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX or Product Design experience.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end as a senior IC.
• Strong UX and visual judgment across complex, data-heavy workflows.
• Strong systems thinking, interaction design, and information architecture skills.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Figma Make, in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own UX design end-to-end across Platform Tool areas, from strategy to iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to define needs and what should be built.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, scalable workflows and experiences.
• Define information architecture, interaction models, user flows, and detailed UI.
• Prototype and iterate quickly to validate solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high usability and quality of shipped experiences.
• Evolve and apply Quince’s design system and AI-native patterns.
