CoreWeave is seeking a Product Designer for Internal Tools to craft clear, scalable experiences for the systems employees use daily. You’ll work across product, engineering, IT, security, and business stakeholders to turn complex processes into intuitive tools, including workflow apps, dashboards, and admin portals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience or equivalent
• Portfolio showing shipped digital products with problem framing, process, interaction design, visual design, and measurable outcomes
• Experience designing for complex workflows, enterprise software, internal tools, or data-rich applications

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, pain points, constraints, and outcomes with Product teams and internal users.
• Conduct lightweight discovery through interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Translate complex business processes into intuitive experiences across internal tools, dashboards, and portals.
• Create journey maps, information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify designs, resolve edge cases, and ensure quality during delivery.
• Contribute to reusable design patterns and CoreWeave Design System across internal apps.
