Job summary

Render is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the developer-facing UI of a cloud platform that handles multi-service architectures. You will own end-to-end experiences, focusing on legibility, observability, and safe deployment across services.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, bring strong information architecture, and maintain a high standard of craft, typography, spacing, and motion to deliver cohesive, scalable interfaces for developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product design for developer tools or cloud platforms.
• Exceptional taste and craft with attention to typography, spacing, motion, and density.
• Strong information architecture to organize complex service relationships.
• Fluent in developer language including services, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Ability to design end-to-end journeys across entry to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Make a multi-service system legible at a glance by showing how services connect.
• Design system-level observability with logs, metrics, and events across a project.
• Design deployment as a coordinated act with cross-service deployment and rollback.
• Own first-run experiences from signup to first successful deploy.
• Contribute to platform direction with a design-led discovery track.
