Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Sr. UX Product Designer to own internal tools and backend interfaces. You will shape information architecture, craft scalable design systems, and drive end-to-end experiences that empower teams across venues.

You’ll tackle 0-to-1 challenges, apply AI-assisted prototyping, and mentor peers while delivering high-impact, production-ready interfaces for complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product design experience in software, with complex products (tools/ops/B2B).
• Deep UX and IA chops; capable of untangling workflows and scalable systems.
• Strong product thinking; ability to discuss strategy, tradeoffs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design direction for internal and B2B backend tools from IA to polished interfaces.
• Audit and organize the backend toolset; map features and workflows for consolidation and clarity.
• Leverage AI tools and prototyping to validate ideas and contribute to production work.
