Splice is seeking a Senior Product Designer II who will own growth-centered design across onboarding, activation, and retention. You’ll partner with our Principal Designer on Growth to shape experiences that acquire and retain creators, applying a strong design sensibility and craft to fast-moving projects.

• 5+ years of product design experience in growth/retention contexts.
• Portfolio showing high-quality design with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using AI-native tools in daily workflow.

• Design across onboarding, subscription, and paywall experiences.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to drive growth.
• Lead design decisions, push back when briefs are vague, distill input into questions.
