Monarch is seeking a Growth Product Designer (Senior/Staff) for its Growth pod to craft high-quality user experiences in onboarding and new user flows. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to optimize experiences that accelerate user growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing across mobile and web at a consumer-focused company.
• Strong visual design skills with a systems-thinking approach.
• Collaborates closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and visual design within the Growth pod.
• Scope experiments, conduct user research, test prototypes, and iterate UX.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define features and ensure design handoff.
