Job summary

Straive in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Senior Product Designer (Growth & User Experience) to shape user experiences with a data-driven, product-led growth mindset. You will own activation, onboarding, and long-term value, translating user insights into impactful design across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, design analytics instrumentation, and lead research to optimize conversions and adoption.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong emphasis on practical UX principles.
Demonstrated expertise in designing for Product-Led Growth, including onboarding, activation, and conversion optimization.
Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, prototyping tools, and usability testing methodologies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in defining and tracking product metrics and designing experiments.
Proficiency in user research techniques, including interviews, usability studies, and workflow analysis.

Responsibilities

Apply extensive practical UX experience to design intuitive interfaces and interactions.
Lead the design process from concept to execution, including IA, prototyping, and usability testing.
Identify strategies to reduce cognitive and interaction friction for users.
Collaborate with engineering and product management to ensure feasible designs.
Map and analyze the end-to-end customer journey and dependencies.
Design and iterate on user flows for trials, onboarding, activation, and self-service experiences.
Develop telemetry requirements and instrument product usage for analysis.
