Achieve, a leader in digital personal finance, seeks a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead consumer acquisition and new product ideas. You will own the prequalification experiences across units, design AI-enabled flows, and drive rapid prototyping with cross-functional teams.

You’ll partner with senior executives, shape product direction, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Portfolio with shipped consumer products.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading design direction.

Responsibilities

• Define acquisition experiences across platforms and business units.
• Own user journeys from first impression to conversion.
• Design AI-enabled acquisition experiences.
• Lead zero-to-one product innovation from concept to MVP.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data.
• Deliver production-ready specifications and assets.
