We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Growth team and help shape the onboarding experiences for new users of Stripe. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, industry-leading interfaces that reduce friction during the onboarding process, while also contributing to broader growth initiatives such as customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, AI/ML trends, and growth strategies, with a focus on aligning design principles with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to build and launch user-facing features, and work with the user research team to inform and refine designs through testing and data analysis.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, or a related field, along with four years of experience in design. A minimum of three years of experience is required in growth-related domains such as onboarding journeys, email marketing, pricing pages, and iterative conversion experiments, as well as in conducting user research, interpreting data, and using tools like Figma, After Effects, and ProtoPie. Two years of experience designing end-to-end onboarding processes and creating product demos is also required.
The salary range is $175,200–$262,800 annually, with 50% remote work flexibility.
