Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Designers in the growth team craft onboarding experiences that reduce friction and accelerate user value.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to shape growth experiments, interpret A/B data, and champion design across onboarding journeys, pricing pages, and product surfaces. A strong portfolio in UI/UX and tools like Figma, After Effects, and ProtoPie is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Product Development, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in Design.
• Three years of experience in growth related domains including onboarding journeys, email marketing, pricing pages, product upsells and cross sells, iterative conversion experiments, and product surfaces.
• Experience in user testing and research using qualitative and quantitative data to inform objectives.
• Interpreting user data and metrics to inform product strategy and design improvements.
• UI/UX and visual design software including Figma, After Effects, and ProtoPie; collaboration with engineers to build and launch software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design industry-leading onboarding experiences that reduce friction for new users onboarding to Stripe.
• Understand Stripe’s product suite, customer needs, and AI/ML developments impacting growth strategy.
• Contribute to growth team projects across acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences.
• Champion design in growth and grow the design organization.
• Apply design priorities to growth projects and show progress toward goals in user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences.
• Partner with teams to support onboarding needs and growth initiatives.
• Work with user research and support ongoing research projects.
• Participate in design reviews and present work to design leadership.
