Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior or Staff Product Designer to join the Product Growth team. You will shape how clients discover and engage with Grow Therapy, leading 0→1 design from strategy to launch, impacting millions seeking mental health support.

You’ll partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering, use AI to accelerate work while preserving craft, and operate in a hybrid NYC or SF hub with periodic travel. A strong portfolio and growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end product design for consumer-facing or marketplace products.
• Portfolio showing craft excellence and leadership through influence on user experiences.
• Strong visual design sense across systemized and expressive work.
• Experience leading design on high-impact projects and guiding other designers.

Responsibilities

• Explore hypotheses, translate business goals into design briefs and roadmaps.
• Clarify growth problems and convert them into shippable design work.
• Design and prototype end-to-end from concept to production handoff.
• Uphold design quality across all touchpoints as an extension of the brand.
• Collaborate with PM, Data Science, and Engineering to inform decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype faster while maintaining craft.
