Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Growth team in Boston. You’ll craft world-class digital experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, and engagement, with emphasis on ecommerce and core purchase journeys.

You will own end-to-end design of critical experiences, shape complex flows, and translate growth opportunities into thoughtful solutions grounded in user behavior and data, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ecommerce or transaction-focused products.
• Strong ability to drive measurable growth outcomes (acquisition, conversion, retention).
• Proven ability to simplify complex flows into end-to-end experiences.
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence with product, eng, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of ecommerce and growth-focused experiences.
• Shape complex user flows and information architecture to improve conversion.
• Balance short-term bets with scalable platform thinking for cohesive experiences.
• Translate growth opportunities into design solutions grounded in data and patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to drive strategy.
