• 5+ years of product design experience with launched case studies.
• Proven ability with Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience creating or scaling design systems.
• Product mindset: data-driven decisions impact business metrics.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Strong communication and ability to defend design decisions and give/receive feedback.
• Self-management: prioritize backlog and drive processes without micromanagement.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and UX for a key product area.
• Design and improve user experiences across Web, iOS, Android.
• Conduct product discovery with research to identify friction points.
• Build high-quality prototypes with attention to micro-interactions.
• Guide discussions with developers and stakeholders; balance UX and technical constraints.
• Ensure implementation quality through Design QA/reviews and release guidance.
• Contribute to the Design System to speed up team velocity.
